Greatest Film Trilogy of All Time

Today some of the American Language School teachers were having a discussion about what is the best film trilogy of all time. A trilogy is a set of three works of art (in this case three films) that are connected, and that can be seen either as a single work or as three individual works.

A few examples are Francis Ford Coppola's "The Godfather", "The Matrix", "Lord of the Rings" and "Star Wars". So write a comment below and let us know what is the best trilogy of all time.
